Finances & Insurance

At the time of your initial consultation, you will be given a treatment plan and an estimate of fees. If you bring your dental and medical insurance cards with you, our insurance coordinators will file the necessary paperwork for you to receive your entitled benefits.

We accept cash; checks; VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We ask that all services be paid at the time of treatment.

Our treatment coordinators also will be happy to discuss payment arrangements. Financing is available through CareCredit and Lending Club (please click on the links below):

Insurance

We accept many major dental insurance plans.

Co-Pay

Copays must be made at the time of service or one week prior to surgery.

HMO Patients

For problems that may be covered by medical insurance (e.g. biopsies, tumors, TMJ problems, infections, jaw deformities), patients must have an authorization from their primary care physicians. A referral from a dentist is not adequate.
